Dave, as you say this one is popular in Asia particularly Taiwan, one of the most widely distributed and consumed brands and sales in excess of 1 million bottles per year there. There is the NAS expression (the one in your photo) as well as 12, 17 and 21 year old varieties. Also, the gentleman on the bottle who ‘tips his hat’ and bows is known as the "Courteous Gentleman". Thanks for the reply! Well, I've ended up with a bottle of this stuff and now I'm terrified to open it in case it's worth a fortune! Never seen it anywhere else in my life! |

Regarding value, a 50 ml mini bottle of your variety is going for 8 Euros on Ebay Germany, seller in Taiwan as expected. I would open and drink it.

Got all the versions of these bottles from the NAS tot he 21 ceramic.
and must say it is a cracking dram, not widely for sale in the UK but not worth a fortune either.
crack it open and drink! |
