Jura have unveiled their 2017 limited edition bottling, Jura One And All 20 Year Old, chosen by the team of Jura distillery workers who craft the remote Hebridean Island single malt whisky.
Naturally coloured, non chill-filtered and bottled at a cask strength of 51% ABV and it is simply delicious, Jura is a distillery which tends to get very good around this age and this is no exception, it has a lovely rich juicy fruitiness from nose to finish which is complemented by creamy toffee.

| Good to see Jura bottled without colouring, ncf and at cask strength and it does sound like one I would enjoy, they are pushing the barrier with the price but aren't they all now. |

Following the recent launch of the new Jura One And All 20 Year Old limited edition single malt whisky I got the opportunity to put a few questions to Isle of Jura Distillery Manager Graham Logan about what his job involves at the island distillery.
Graham, who has worked at the island distillery for over quarter of a century, took over the position of distillery manager in 2016 when 39 year whisky veteran Willie Cochrane retired.
You can read my interview with Graham here:
