Ever wondered what Johnnie Walker Black Label will look and taste like in the future, now you can know. Thirty-five years on since the iconic Scotch blend appeared in the cult sci-fi classic Blade Runner movie, the whisky is making a return to the big screen in its highly-anticipated sequel Blade Runner 2049.

To mark the release of the cult movie, the iconic Scotch blend has announced the release of Johnnie Walker Black Label The Director's Cut which Johnnie Walker Master Blender Jim Beveridge has developed in collaboration with visionary Blade Runner 2049 director Denis Villeneuve.

Bottled at 49% ABV it will be released on 25th September and available to buy from Amazon where it is currently available to pre-order, see here http://amzn.to/2xbFiWI

Is this the first Amazon exclusive whisky release, or has that happened before?
