sootchwhiskyauctions.com has been established some time now and the site attracts a lot of interest to its auctions and it is based in Glasgow

I see that the last time a set of the Macallan Sir Peter Blake miniatures came up for auction on the site they fetched £6000, that was almost 1 year ago

There are a few auctions around which specialise in whisky now, a couple of other auctions worth considering for a set Macallan miniatures of this value is:

http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24095/ you should still have time to enter your whisky into Bonhams next whisky auction.

http://mctears.co.uk/auctions/browse.aspx?id=2fade14b-8376-4f90-affd-7a5a9d4909e3 you may not make their next auction which is November 3

Bear in mind that Scotch Whisky Auctions online charges no seller's commission (just a £6 listing fee) and get great hammer prices. Some traditional auctioneers like Bonhams charge huge seller's commission.
