Wow, so difficult to pick. Without thinking too much about it, I would name

Balblair 1983
Springbank 12 Cask Strength
Glendronach 15
Ardbeg 10
Ardbeg Uigeadail
Talisker 57 Degrees North
Kilkerran 12
Highland Park 21
Glenfarclas 30
Aultmore 12 (this last spot would change depending on the season - right now I love a good spring/summer malt)

Glen Moray 18 (a recent discovery thanks to this site)
Loch Lomond 18
Dalwhinnie 15
Talisker 10
Talisker 57 North
Glenfiddich 15
Highland Park 12
Ardbeg 10

This list would change often for me but a few on my list will always be repeat buys.

Some interesting choices above.. my top drams at the moment ( currently going through a heatwave) might not be 10 !!
Invergordon 10 yo Boutiquey whisky
Irish single malt 13yo batch 2 Boutiquey whisky
Balblair 2006
Auchentoshan Classic
Auchentoshan Threewood
Spey Fumare

There are a few more but these are the easy sippers for the sunshine..
