J. & G. Grant have revealed that they have welcomed home what they believe to be the oldest unopened bottle of Glenfarclas still in existence, a bottle of Glenfarclas from 1920. They also revealed this years Speyside Festival bottling, a Glenfarclas 2004 Single Cask whisky.

I wonder what Glenfarclas paid to get hold of the Glenfarclas 1920.

Swapped it for a Glenfarclas 10 year old and bobble hat. The hat was the deal clincher.

The Glenfarclas 1920 looks quite a high fill level considering it was bottled around 100 years ago, I wonder if they plan to do an analysis and reproduction of the whisky such as the likes of the Macallan have done in the past and of course Whyte & Mackay with the Mackinlay's Shackleton whisky.
