|
|
Two bottles of this popped up on DL's website. It is a 70 bottle release (separate from the XOP Platinum expressions)
Details:-
Distillery - Undisclosed ("very rare")
Age - Undisclosed ("well aged")
Colour - Undisclosed
A total mystery.
£1,500 a bottle.
Both sold yesterday! |

I take it this was the whisky
Interesting I wonder what it was to be priced at £1500, and to sell so quickly. |

| Could get a guaranteed decent bottle for that price, if I had that cash, sure I'd be no where near this mystery. Guessing time will tell what it is. |

I'm a massive fan of Douglas Laing bottlings, whether Big Peat, Scallywag or an XOP single cask.
But I can't understand this one at all. |
