Once again Murray Cohen (forum member Quaich1) has reviewed the annual Vintages/LCBO sponsored event, "An Evening of Scottish Virtuosity", which recently took place in Toronto, Ontario Canada which was presented this year by Glenmorangie and Ardbeg whisky creator Dr. Bill Lumsden

Murray has reviewed the 9 whiskies which were presented at the event which included:

What a great line up of whiskies to taste in the one sitting, I opened a bottle of the Glenmorangie Signet and the Ardbeg Grooves Committee bottling over the Christmas holidays, both brilliant whiskies.

The Glenmorangie Grand Vintage 1989 sounds good, not one we often see reviewed.

Great notes Murray, I have enjoyed a couple of bottles of the Glenmo Signet in the past, in fact I have an unopened bottle in the cupboard, good to see it getting praise on a platform like this. The Glenmo 18 is an old favorite also. I would love to have tried the Ardbeg Twenty Something 22, the 10 year old and Uigeadail are my go to whiskies from Ardbeg.
