|
|
Today is my dad's birthday. He was born in 1903 and passed away over 40 years ago. I will raise a glass to him today. My dad liked a "stiff" dram/cask strength so I think he would appreciate my choice of Bowmore The Devil's Casks 10 First Release 56.9% ABV.
If you wish to raise a glass to him, I would be honored.
****Just as an aside he was born in London, England on Petticoat Lane near the Flea Market and emigrated to Canada as a toddler. He went on to be in the 6th Duke of Connaught's Royal Canadian Hussars
Cheers,

Raising a glass to Laphroaig Lore
Coincidentally I saw on the news today that the oldest man in the world who lives in England celebrated his 112th birthday today, born in 1908
