Hi everyone. Monday May 11th is my birthday and it's hard to believe I will be turning 69 years young. Where has the time gone.... Living in a bubble here in Ontario, Canada with the lockdown, I'm unable to share my birthday directly with anyone so I thought it would be great to share it with you all. If you are able to help me celebrate, let me know what you will be drinking. I look forward hearing from you on Monday.
Cheers,

| I am not 100% sure if I will still be in lockdown here tomorrow thanks to our prime minister who is going to cost lives I fear but I shall certainly call into the forum and raise a glass tomorrow with you, cheers. |

| Good health to you and enjoy whatever you dram, as for our boris!! He’s a weak stumbling fool, I’m a English person living in Scotland and not a fan of our first minister but wow she has some balls so I’m a new fan in this virus as she will not be bullied, she’s showing and caring for her 5.4 million , anyway enjoy your birthday 👠|

Murray,
Happy 69th Birthday. I just turned 59 last week. I opened a 1988 Cu Bocan cask strength for my birthday last week, and would be honored to pour a nice dram this evening in celebration of your birthday. Enjoy and stay safe. _________________ Mr_Video

I decided to open my bottle of Caol Ila 22 Year Feis Ils 2019 Bottle No. 1940, 58.4% for my birthday. I bought this bottle at the distillery last June when i visited Scotland from Canada. I tried a dram there as well and it is one of the best whiskies I've tasted in the last year. I'll have it in the afternoon here in Eastern Canada ( 5 hours earlier time difference to UK)..
Cheers Murray. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."

All the best..

Ps that Caol Ila sounds interesting. Was going to say I would be interested in your tasting note but will have to check in case you have already done one! |
