Has anyone had any dealings with this shop in the Netherlands in the past?
I had been hunting for a few bottles for a while now and found them all at this shop so I ordered them.
I ordered them over 2 weeks ago and there is still no sign of them, the parcel company in the UK has no record of them being received and the PostNL is saying that they are at the depot. After loads of emails with the shop they are being very unhelpful in trying to find the box of give a refund. |

Which depot? NL or GB? |

The GB depot,
The tracking info does say it was scanned in the local depot on the 23rd twice (10 minuets apart at 1.30am) and then it was again scanned on the 29th twice (10 minuets apart at 2.45am) but there is no sign of the box and there is no GB tracking number just one from the PostNL 
Because there is no DHL tracking number they can not help anymore then looking in the warehouse. |

| I've found out of all the countries I've ordered from the NL is the most sporadic when it comes to delivery this end. You'll probably find it turns up randomly, give it a few more days. |

The shop is Dutch as it is in Eindhoven not Switzerland.
As for waiting I ordered it on the 18th April and my friend who went half's on some of the whisky is mentioned that he would like his money back off of me..
They have also stopped replying to emails, if they have not by tomorrow I will have to phone them |
