I like this a lot. The dried fruit (apples & pears) & the toasted bread & butter taste combine to remind me of the wonderful Southern Fried Pie pastries my grandma made when I was a kid. I like that it’s 106 proof & drying the barley with mesquite (if that’s what it is) gives it a unique smoke flavor. It’s a winner for me.
