I think it is just a case of Asda are no longer stocking them, i think they recently sold there remaining stock of Glemorangie and Ardbeg off cheaply to get rid of the stock as they dont want to charge the prices that Glenmo what them to charge. Just my guess, i may be wrong.

I bought myself a couple of bottles of the glenmorangie nector d or when asda where selling it off, i see it is now not available online at least at my local asda, wish i had picked up more of the Quinta Ruban when they had it as i do like this also.

I agree Acker i think asda have given glenmorangie and ardbeg the elbow as they would not be able to sell there whisky at the the prices they seem to want to charge.

The port finish quinta ruban is by far my favourite Glenmorangie finish, wish i had picked up more now when it was on offer.

For me the Glenmorangies port finish quinta ruban is excellent and so is their nector d or but i think the sherry finish lasanta is poor, i have tried a few different bottles of lasanta and it always has an off sulphury taint to it IMO, it just wasnt for me.
