Glengoyne
unveil some Christmas whisky gifts

With Christmas now fast approaching I
thought I would mention that Glengoyne
has unveiled some Christmas whisky gift
ideas for fans of their sherried
Highland single malt whisky.
A 500-piece distillery jigsaw which
while away a few dark Christmas holiday
evenings in front of a firewinter nights
and unique Time Capsule gift packs have
all been created to celebrate the
brand’s unique connection to time.
After the success of the brand’s
lockdown jigsaw earlier this year, the
new puzzle, which features Scottish
artist John Lowrie Morrison’s piece,
'Heavy Snow at Glengoyne Distillery', is
free with every purchase of Glengoyne 18
Year Old in-store or online over the
festive period.
Taking approximately 4-6 hours to
complete, the 500-piece puzzle and
Glengoyne 18 year old should be a
perfect accompaniment to long winter
nights, RRP £109.99
Continuing on the theme of time,
Glengoyne is also releasing two gift
sets that celebrate the brand’s status
as Scotland’s slowest distilled malt, a
special process which helps create the
gloriously sweet, fruity spirit it’s
renowned for the world over.
The ‘Time Capsule’ allows consumers to
explore three examples of this highly
coveted spirit, including the
award-winning 12 Year Old and 18 Year
Old core expressions, as well as the new
Legacy Series: Chapter Two. Each gift
set comes with three bottles and is
available in 3 x 5cl RRP £25 and 3 x
20cl RRP £65.
Glengoyne’s ‘Time Keeper’ gift set
focuses in on the brand’s sweet and
zesty 12 Year Old expression. A 70cl
bottle of this much-loved malt comes
alongside a tasting booklet and branded
nosing glass RRP £50.
Katy Muggeridge, Senior Brand Manager
for Glengoyne said: "Time plays a
pivotal role in our whisky making, so it
made sense to develop a festive gifting
range that celebrates this connection
and helps people enjoy a great dram this
Christmas in their own time."
You will find the Glengoyne gift sets available from
specialist online whisky retailers such
as
The Whisky Exchange,
The Whisky Shop and
Master of
Malt
