Highland Park
launch 2 Single Cask bottlings in Asia
with DFS at Singapore Changi Airport.
The Highland Park Single Cask Series
proved overwhelmingly popular when it
was first launched in travel retail at
London Heathrow airport in May this year
has now made its debut in Asia travel
retail.
The Orkney distillery has just launched
the Highland Park Single Cask Series
with DFS at Singapore's Changi airport
with two single cask whiskies which will
be available exclusively at the airport.
To mark the unveiling, Martin
Markvardsen, Highland Park’s senior
brand ambassador led a Meet & Greet
Tasting Event at DFS’ T2 Whiskey House
Bar at Changi International Airport.
Martin guided keen shoppers through
sampling of the two new limited editions
and presented the first 30 purchasers
with autographed bottles and an
exclusive Highland Park t-shirt. At the
end of the two hour session, 14 bottles
of Highland Park Single Cask were sold.

Deep golden, clear and bright.
Nose:
Vanilla pod, oak shavings, nutmeg, light
peat and pear.
Taste:
Sweet, vanilla, toasted oak, light smoky
notes.

Sherry Cask #384.
Matured in a First-fill European Sherry
Butt Cask 384 for 15 years, bottled at
62% ABV, it is a limited release of only
474 bottles which are customised with DFS Whiskey House Exclusive label.

Appearance:
Deep ruby, clear and bright.
Nose:
Dried orange peel, cinnamon bark, light
peat and root ginger.
Taste:
Spicy, light medicinal, caramelized fig.
Finish:
Lingering dry spicy notes.
