Tomatin
distillery release Batch 1 of new 36
year old whisky.
Tomatin
have announced the launch of a new
Tomatin 36 year old small batch release
to their whisky range.
Batch 1 of Tomatin 36 year old was
matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon
and ex-Oloroso sherry casks and is a
limited release of 800 bottles which
will be available in markets worldwide.
Tomatin describe the whisky as smooth
and creamy, it has been bottled at
natural cask strength 46%abv and you
will be pleased to hear it is non chill
filtered and natural colour. Packaged in
an attractive wooden box, each bottle is
individually numbered and comes with its
own certificate.
Uniquely Tomatin are in the position
where they are able to offer a Tomatin
36 year old of this on an ongoing basis,
hence this is batch 1. Following the
withdrawal of their 30 year old
expression, they expect this new 36 year
old to be a welcome addition for
stockists, and indeed drinkers, of
Tomatin single malt.
